Poly Tarpaulin Pneumatic Sealing Machine Specifications:
Main Welding Line:
- The Main welding line is tailor-made as per customers requirement (i.e. taking into consideration the width of the laminated fabrics). The 2 heads on either side of the machine will be used for side sealing with rope reinforcement and the other heads for center sealing.
Welding Speed:
1) Maximum 40 mts/min. (Subject to quality of products and width of product)
2) Welding Edge width variable in the range of 25 mm. to 45 mm.
Output:
- 40 Mt/Min at optimum speed. (Depending on operating conditions)
Machines:
- Robust steel structure to resist heaviest of load, solid. Steel structure for mounting electronic, electrical assemblies.
Drive:
- With heavy duty chain and sprocket drive from reduction gear box.
Control panel:
1) Fitted with digital controllers. Ampere Meter's and M.C.B. Backed up circuit.
2) Main Drive, Frequency Controlled D.C. Drive.
Heating System:
- Force Heated Air through nozzles fitted with heaters comprising of imported components to resist Temperature form 00 C. to 1000 C. for continuous working.
